Lead specialist of Property management department

The purpose of the position:

Become a "locomotive" of the "Property Management" in the company, namely - to generate new business, promoting the services of the company for the following customer segments:  corporate accounts - tenants of business centers, warehouse complexes; corporate accounts - owners of commercial / residential real estate;landlords of business centers, shopping centers, warehouses.

  • Experience in the "property management" - not less than 3 years (as the most desirable experience), or work experience in related fields (construction, engineering, design, sales of furniture for the corporate segment, provision of repairs in the offices) related to commercial real estate market.

  • Knowledge of commercial real estate market – presence of the necessary contacts to do business - to generate new customers.

  • Experience with sales of service "real estate management" - the successful conclusion of contracts.

  • Experience in preparing and participating in tenders held by corporate accounts or/and Landlords. The practice in preparing of commercial proposals and cost estimations.

  • The experience of working with vendors regarding the maintenance of air conditioning and ventilation systems, telephone, elevator and escalator equipment, electrical system. The presence of contacts among these vendors.

  • Knowledge of decision-making culture of foreign management in corporate accounts.

  • Experience in coordinating the work of employees to ensure the timely implementation of tasks

  • Confident computer user

  • Strong knowledge of English (written, oral) - offers, correspondence, contracts - as a great advantage

  • To generate new business - to sell the company's services to new customers. This function is a priority for this position;

  • Developing of commercial proposals;

  • Participation in meetings and social events, which can contribute to successful cooperation with new clients.

  • Coordinate the company’s participation in tenders on this area of services; lead in preparing proposals / estimates / manage the interaction with vendors for the preparation of their proposals and the integration of payments received in the comprehensive proposal from our company.

  • Directly maintain communication with clients and be responsible for the quality of services.

  • Higher education;

  • The ability to work within deadlines set by the client;

  • High speed of tasks finishing;

  • Availability of contacts in the market to carry out promotion activities;

  • High responsibility with respect to the performed tasks;

  • A high level of communication skills;

  • The desire and ability to work in the service for corporate accounts and Landlords;

  • If necessary, be prepared to travel to Ukraine

  • Good analytical skills
